Radial head fracture usually result from a simple fall with an outstretched hand.
Removal of damaged bone without fixation.
Problem: it may end up with a shorter forearm bone which may give rise to wrist pain in time,
Fixation of damaged bone with plate and screws. If the damaged bone is not fixable, replacement of radial head is required. Full motion will be required.

The new generation of plates is low profile and contoured along the curvature of the bone. Our study has shown that these plates can remain without necessity for its subsequent removal.
